I got a really nice flare on the blade of the sword on a bunch of the pics -- so I put them together into this pack...

Hmm. I saw you take requests, and I've got one. I'm posting it here because this picture is the closest I can find to what I'm looking for. I need a pose That has the sword still in the scabbard, with the left hand on the top and the right poised to draw it. This is the perfect outfit and hair for it, too (only thing I might change is a different color top so I can see where the hair ends and it begins - I vector, not manip). And I don't mind the facelessness at all. It would be awesome if another sword could be added to the hip in the style of a traditional daisho (like this crazy guy has), because I haven't seen a single stocker do that like a samurai would. But I reckon that's probably because most people just have the one sword if they have any at all. I could add one in myself with the proper positioning, though... Anyway, just thought I'd drop my request, see if you get the time or inclination. Thanks for listening. :D I'll probably end up vectoring this either way.

If you can wait a couple of weeks for the weather to improve, I can probably do it outside, which will give you better light (and better detail). I can wear a white corset rather than a black one so you can see where the hair ends.

I've been thinking about buying another sword (I have 2, but one's a broadsword :)), so maybe I'll go ahead and get it. If you are able to sketch (stick figures are fine) of the pose/s the way you're thinking, that would be helpful, even though I think I know what you need.

Once in a while I do non-faceless shots for people if they know just what they're looking for, so if you have any sketches like that, pass 'em along. I'll also look through the shots I already have and see what's there.
